Returns Policy

You can cancel any order that has not been dispatched. Please email our team at(EMAIL ADDRESS) before 9am the following day. You can log onto the website and check the status of your order in your account.

If you do want to arrange the return of an item, simply contact our friendly Customer Care team on (EMAIL ADDRESS) from 9:00am to 5:00pm and they will explain how to return the items. Please provide provide contact details as we are a small team and will endeavor to call you back asap.

If you are returning a product because it is faulty then we will pay for it to be returned to us. The Customer Care Team will arrange for cost you incur to be refunded. Please note you will have to provide proof of delivery and a refund will not be issued until the item has been received.

Any none faulty return must be shipped back in full re-saleable order with original undamaged packaging. The goods must have proof of delivery and be received by The Draft Club in order for a refund to be issued. If the goods are not in re-saleable condition, you will be notified as to the reasons why a refund will not be issued.

You can return any item even if you have just changed your mind, within 7 days of receipt. This is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
Upon signing for the delivery you are accepting the correct delivery for your items, however, we do understand that you might not be able to open your package straight away so you have up to 48 Hours to advise us of missing / incorrect items.

If you do decide to return anything for any of the reason stated above, then please contact (Email TBC) Please remember to put in the subject heading the reason for your email to help us efficiently process emails.
If you do send goods back for any reason other than a fault you will have to pay the carriage charges.

Our returns period is 7 days from when you initially received the item, if you no longer want the item you can return it to us with the original packaging. However, we will be unable to refund your postage.

How long is your warranty period?

The warranty period for all items we sell is 30 days from the receipt of your product. We can replace your product if was received damaged.

We suggest that you use Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked, as it allows us to tell how much you have been charged.
