Shipping & Returns
Who do we use for shipping?
We currently use Hermes and UK Mail for our standard shipping of up to 32kg. We recommend that we send via 24hr signed for service to ensure you and The Draft Club have peace of mind. However we reserve the right to use other courier services in order to efficiently fulfil orders.
How much is shipping, how is it sent and how long does it take?
Our minimum charge falls inline for shipping 2nd class recorded and standard. (subject to change inline with UK Mail's pricing) for order weights up to 2kg. this service offers delivery next day. If there are any changes to this due to the type of product you’re purchasing, we will notify you.
Please note we reserve the right to take up to 48 hours to dispatch your item(s) on all delivery services so please take this into account. Also note The Draft Club cannot be help responsible for any delays in delivery of your item(s) for circumstances out of our control. (EG: bad weather or failings in shipping service by provider.). Please take this information into account when ordering to ensure you receive your order when needed.
How is shipping calculated?
Shipping on our products is calculated by weight and in some irregular circumstances weight & size. We will provide some guides on what will class as one postage. Please not these are guides only and not to be taken as exact.
For orders outside of the UK Mainland please specify your location when calculating shipping.
For all international orders there may be an additional postage charge on top of that quoted. You will be contacted if this applies for your order. If the shipping costs are too high, you may cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the Next Day Service Option to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands and Overseas Territories.
You can cancel any order that has not been dispatched. Please email our team at (Sales@airsoftimports.co.uk) before 9am the following day. You can log onto the website and check the status of your order in your account.
If you do want to arrange the return of an item, simply contact our friendly Customer Care team on ( Sales@airsoftimports.co.uk) from 9:00am to 5:00pm and they will explain how to return the items. Please provide contact details as we are a small team and will endeavour to call you back asap.
If you are returning a product because it is faulty then we will pay for it to be returned to us. The Customer Care Team will arrange for cost you incur to be refunded. Please note you will have to provide proof of delivery and a refund will not be issued until the item has been received.
Any non faulty returns, items must be shipped back in full re-saleable order with original undamaged packaging. The goods must have proof of delivery and be received by The Draft Club in order for a refund to be issued. If the goods are not in re-saleable condition, you will be notified as to the reasons why a refund will not be issued.
For Cancelled Orders: To return items of this nature you would need to notify us within 14 days of receiving them and then return them to us within 14 days of this notification accompanied with a cancellation form.
You would be responsible for arranging and paying for the cost of the return and as such it is entirely your choice as to how you do this, however we would recommend that a tracked and insured service is used as we cannot cover any damage or loss in transit and can only take responsibility for the items once they have been received.
In order to be refunded items will also need to be returned complete and in an ‘as new’ condition, items returned incomplete or that have been handled excessively may still be able to be refunded however a deduction may be made to the refund to cover the cost of the missing / used items.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns for cancellation for any items that have been 'customised to order'. This does not affect your ability to return these items if they are faulty or not as described.

If you do send goods back for any reason other than a fault you will have to pay the carriage charges.

What is your returns period?
Our returns period is 14 days from when you initially received the item, if you no longer want the item you can return it to us with the original packaging. However, we will be unable to refund your postage.
How long is your warranty period?
The warranty period for all items we sell is 30 days from the receipt of your product. We can replace your product if was received damaged.
How do I arrange a return?
To arrange a return please contact us via email with the relevant subject heading and we will help you through the steps required to return your items.
Who should I use to post return items?
We suggest that you use Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked, as it allows us to tell how much you have been charged only If package is under 2kg and within the dimensions Royal mail specify. If item(s) are over the above weight, please contact customer care so we can help provide a cost effective method of return.
Can I cancel orders which have not been dispatched?
You can cancel any order that has not been dispatched. Please contact our Customer Care team (Sales@thedraftclub.com) before 9am the same or following day. (this is providing it has not been dispatched already.
